At 19 years old, Sapna weighed a hefty 85 kilograms and had 36 inches of waist.

While she was playing with her little niece, a person wanted to know if the girl was their daughter!

The change in her attitude was dramatic and she started her weight loss program. Although she initially embarked with a crash diet but the weight she shed was quickly gained back.
